Build a mobile marketplace for pre-loved fashion from scratch, alone — backend, database, app, and release, with no team to hand pieces off to.

The hard part
Solo means every layer is your responsibility and there's no one to hand a hard problem off to: the backend, the data model, the app, and the release process all had to be owned end to end by one person, in sequence, with no parallel workstream to lean on. That's the same discipline a four-week MVP requires — a tightly scoped build, shipped, rather than a bigger idea left half-finished.
Outcome
Live on Google Play. We don't have public usage numbers to share for this one yet — we'll add them here once we do, rather than estimate.
