Best Agent Today: Subscription SaaS for Real Estate Agents

Best Agent Today needed a self-service platform where agents sign up, pick a plan, and get branded ad campaigns running automatically, with no agency and no ads team. We built the signup flow, Stripe billing, a real-time performance dashboard, and the backend automation that delivers ads once a campaign is approved.

Real estate marketing SaaS · A self-service SaaS where real estate agents pick a plan and the platform builds and runs branded ad campaigns for them on Facebook, Instagram, and the Google Display Network.

The brief

Give real estate agents a self-service way to launch and run branded, multi-channel ad campaigns without hiring an agency or building an ads team of their own.

What was built

  • Self-service signup with plan selection and a profile questionnaire
  • Stripe subscription billing and plan management
  • Agent dashboard with real-time performance: profile visits, listing views, leads
  • Backend automation that delivers ads once a campaign is approved
  • Listing campaigns (new listings, open houses, price changes, sold) and branded newsletters sent on the agent's behalf

The hard part

This one is less a single hard problem than an ongoing balancing act: real money moves through this platform (Stripe billing) and real ad spend goes out the door automatically once a campaign is approved, so reliability isn't optional the way it might be on an internal tool. The work since launch has been hardening billing and campaign automation and improving dashboard performance, while still shipping new features as the agent base grows — maintenance and roadmap running at the same time, on the same codebase.

Outcome

A live subscription SaaS used by agents, teams, and brokerages, with billing, automated multi-channel ad delivery, and a growing feature set. It's a good example of what an ongoing subscription engagement looks like in practice, not a project that shipped once and went quiet.
